Hi,
With today’s update, around 10 AM CEST, my Forza Motorsport Apex disappeared from Xbox app on Windows 10. I can run the game, Windows Store sees it, but achievements don’t unlock, can’t see them online, both on Forza Hub, Xbox App and Xbox Website. It also happened to my friend, at least I can’t see his achievements from my account. Does anybody know what’s happened?

I had the same situation yesterday before any content update: Apex achievements appear at the bottom of my Xbox.com Profile but clicking them results in an error url, and no Apex Achievements show up in my Activity Feed or Achievements page at Xbox.com or in the Xbox App Achievements summary. I contacted Xbox Support on Twitter and after going over the issue, they requested that I (we) submit a Survey response (item #3 on this page: http://forums.xbox.com/xbox_support/xbox_one_support/f/4270/t/1958241.aspx ) so they can look into it.

Having the same issue, thought I’d use my wheel to finally unlock “The perfectionist” achievement, but they disappeared. Tried the uninstall/wsreset/reinstall but that did nothing and the survey is for achievements not unlocking, but here they completely disappeared so it seems rather pointless.
Also, in the Xbox app, My games tab, if you right click on Forza 6 Apex it says “something went wrong”.

I was wondering if any of you had this same issue and if anyone knows a solution. I got all the Apex achievements, I have the gamer score on my account and I tracked them on true achievement. However in Forza Hub my gamerscore for Apex is still at 0. I got the achievements last weekend. All the other values have updated for Apex though, just not achievements.
Does anyone from you got it back listed in the Xbox Library? I hope they fixed it fast I have a Gamerscore of 970g in this Game Forza Hub says I have only 285g but on truearchivements and on this Website i have completed the Achievments all things are progressing right except the Gamerscore 
I have most of the Achievements as well and it will not update Forza Hub. Trying to get up to Tier 9 and this is really holding me back ;(
Any solution for this problem?
You can try submitting survey as mention in post #2, other than that we just have to hope developers read this forum and are willing to fix the problem.
I have the same problem,and I almost got all the rewards but now disappeared.
The forza socre also disappeared in forza hub,i need that to upgraded my tier grade…
