Hi everyone, i have a problem on forza 7 regarding the gift credits on forza hub, after having redeemed the credits nothing appears in the messages.
I have this problem for almost a month and even waiting 24 or 48 hours nothing happens.
In forza horizon 3 everything is ok, what can i do?
Hi, I also have this problem. I thought I would check forums to see if there is anyone else and glad to see it is just not me. If it is any clue, my routine is to go to Forza Horizon 3 first on Friday evenings, check the forzathon challenges, then go to the hub, do the challenges, grab my rewards in Forza Horizon 3 (no problems there), then switch over to Forza 7 and … no new messages … I don’t think I have even got a drivatar credit reward for about a month… making it hard to afford the car upgrades and level up rewards that cost credits…

A few months ago everything was fine on Forza 7, now i have this problem, i think it’s caused by the last update i don’t know, anyway i hope they fix this.
I have the same issue . Up until Saturday i had not received any messages for over 2 weeks then when i logged on again in the evening i had 18 messages in my inbox. mix of daily avatar payouts , rivals and 2 gift messages…all read and downloaded etc…then when i exit the messages tab, credit count has not been updated!!..Also the 1million credits that i got on Friday evening for doing the forzathon race has been removed!!!..Seriously what is going on with this game…its a complete shambles…start to finish…been out for nearly 1 year and there are still so many fundamental things wrong with it…
I have nearly lost all faith in this franchise…such a shame as the previous games were really entertaining,but the one just isn’t.
