Just checking, but this issue is obviously an ongoing one, as it repeats itself randomly. This is the second week in a row that my credits have not appeared in the Gifts tab.
Last weeks 250k never showed up, and I sort of hoped it would during the ensuing week. But alas, not.
This week, after clicking Redeem from the website this time, like the last time, the credits have not appeared.
I’ve waited way past the time they usually appear, so please don’t bother saying, it’ll happen, you have to wait ‘X’ amount of time.
My credits appear within 6-8 hours, which is now well beyond that time period.
Can someone please check and ideally fix the issue please.
I clicked redeem when I read your post about 30-40 minutes ago, been doing some painting and just checked my messages;
I think you may just be suffering from the not connecting to the message centre issue. Just out of interest - do you just log on to FM7 to collect these credits/ messages? My messages are appearing pretty consistently just not when I first load the game. I usually play for an hour or more a day - more just now as painting and off work this week. They usually pop sometime in this timeframe.
They messed up the message centre when they changed it I had none for days then I ended up with 30 plus messages and some off them was the forzarc gifts they should have left it alone when it was working fine before at least messages showed up when you got them instead off days later
…as of this morning, still no rewards for this week. Wife got her credits yesterday. You would think we both would receive rewards about same time lol!
Also have not reeived redeemed credit rewards for last week, in ANY game, I play Fm7, FM5, FH3 a few hours each day, nothing his triggered from the last batch of rewards in any of the games.
I have no rivals ,no messages,no drivatar awards notices,nothing! This blows.I used to try to beat rivals once in a while for credits now that complete part of the challenge is gone…
It might help the guys investigating this, if you started posting some more info.

I play for x amount of time a day - this may factor in to whether messages have time to pop (from my own experience).
For me message centre & rivals etc is working, sometimes a little slow and might have to enter rivals a couple of times - figure it depends on whether that’s the first thing I go to. It can be the same with uploading designs or photo’s. Sometimes takes more than one attempt. If it’s taking more than 3 attempts I reset my router and my Xbox. That usually does the job and have only had to do that twice that I can think of.
Update for me… all my games rewards arrived 10:30 PM 9/25 (Pacific Time) for FM7, FM6, FM5, FH3, that were redemed Friday 21st
I’m in USA, California, XBox 1, someone must have fixed something behind the scenes, I have been playing these games all a few hours each day this week, I did nothing special to trigger it.
I also have problems again. My forza hub on xo not working properly (rewards not available) so I redeemed my credits using web page and nothing happened. I didn’t received any credits and I still have forza hub locked when I try to check my points and rewards.

I had no rewards again when powering up last night. So I did a complete hard restart of console and bam! Had 13 messages including rewards, bounty hunter prizes, and avatar payouts…
Not positive that the restart did it but IT was good to finally see rewards! lol
Last night when I checked I had received the rewards credits in all games EXCEPT Forza 7. I tried the Online/Offline trick but it didn’t help. I then, like you, did a Hard Restart and had 15 messages awaiting me on entering Forza 7 again, one of which was my Rewards credits.
