No DLC can be bought or downloaded anymore, unless you’ve previously purchased it.

Quite a few unobtainable achievements now, all the 100 club ones (I believe) and all of the rally expansion ones.

Probably better off getting the regular version, I think the collectors edition only had download codes, which more than likely have been used by now.

I have bought the DLC Rally but I can not download through my Xbox 360, any idea what I can do?
I deleted my profile and added again and it did not work.
I spoke with microsoft support and they said to ask in this forum.

360: Go to settings > account management > download history. You will see the rally expansion there, open it up and select download again. Once it’s done (1Gb) it will be playable.
