I know that isn’t possible to buy this DLC anymore but i was wondering if is possible to share the Forza Horizon Rally DLC between 2 gamertags?
Your best option would be going to a friend’s house and playing there.

If you’d previously purchased the Season Pass, try the in-game Marketplace again—as of mid-February 2017, the Marketplace is again reachable!
For those that had purchased the Season Pass while it was still available, DLC that would have been automatically available to Season Pass owners (including the Rally Expansion), should again be obtainable.
Yes, is working again and i can confirm. I just have installed the Rally Expansion here on my XOne. Only having problems to install the car packs. but its ok.
Miraculously all the cars from the cars packs are available for me to buy even having problems to install it.
Can you actually buy them though so they’re in your garage?
Yes i can. This way is possible to have all the 1000club achievements \o/
Now i just need money to buy all the cars LOL.

Hi. I bought horizon rally dlc years ago but it doesn’t work anymore. When I try to play at my 360, game shows me a message informing forza horizon server is not available. Did I miss my dlc?
