I recently bought Xbox One S and want to play Forza Horizon since it’s backwards compatible but Microsoft removed from the store and can’t purchase it there so I went to look out for second hand one but unfortunately can’t find it.
Came across on a website that I used to purchase my PSN Cards, they have Forza Horizon digital download code. So my question is can I still use this code on my Xbox One?

I can confirm that it works. But no DLC’s.
You can obtain certain FH1 DLC codes via eBay (pre-order cars are an example); and I can confirm that all three of the Limited Collector’s Edition codes (Day One DLC and 5 custom liveries, VIP, and 3 tokens (the last of which must be redeemed on an Xbox 360, NOT via BC on an Xbox One)) are functional as of the date of this post. While you cannot purchase anything from the in-game or Xbox Live Marketplaces, unused codes DO seem to still be working.

If you can’t find a code, remember that you can use the disc on the Xbox One too.
It will trigger the download of the digital version, and the disc is just required to stay in the drive to play.
It’s very easy to find a disc copy of the game.
I just picked up a used copy on ebay, it was about $5 + shipping. Have tried to search for the DLC on disc, haven’t found it yet.

I just bought the game again after I got rid of a few years ago and I really want some of the DLC car packs is there any possible way to get them I know they’ve been taken off store but they have to be available somehow right?
Nope, only by Argentina key stores which cost like $100 for each pack, too overpriced.
