I AM NEW HERE . I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH FORZA HORIZON 4
I WAS DOWNLOAD THE GAME BEFORE AND I WAS PLAY IT AS GOOD BUT AFTER THAT I DELETE MY WINDOWS 10
SO I WANT TO PLAY THE GAME / BUT I DONT NEED TO DOWNLOAD IT AGAIN I STILL HAVE THE OLD DATA !

First please no “all caps”. As is a pain to read.
The trouble is the install and windows app folder are linked. Reinstall windows, it loses all file and registry links from the OS to window apps. Due to a corrupt update, I ended up having to reinstall windows. All programs install to my D drive so install location wasnt touched but I had to redownload and install all windows programs.
Is a major reason I avoid windows store vs like steam which does not wipe steam folder but reconfigures without redownloading.
