Hello.
I have ultimate edition forza horizon 4. I try to launch game today and my game forever loading after click continue button.
I try to reinstall drivers, back to before driver version and reinstall application with advanced options in settings → applications → fh4 → advanced options.
Microphone permission is enabled.
My pc:
gtx 1060 6gb
i5 4460
msi h81m p33 mobo
2x 4gb ddr3 1600mhz cl9
Same issue.Did all the fixes that support told me,and now reinstalling.Demo ran with no problems at all up untill the 4gb update.

Im having the same issues, i have ensured the game is upto date, my graphics drivers are upto date.
I reset the game files, ive done WSRESET.EXE into the RUN dialog.
I have also tried everything listed on this link: https://support.forzamotorsport.net/hc/en-us/articles/360007593074-My-Game-is-Not-Launching-on-PC
Futher update, also tried rolling graphics driver back which also gave the same a constant loading screen.

Game is installed on 2x Kingston Hyperx SSD’s in raid 0
I bought the ultimate edition to play earlier. I do not think I will play 
I noticed that everyone who reported the same problem has 4gen cpu

Ive fixed it, drove 30mins to my closest game store purchased a XB1
This was an issue with FH3 and a certain amd driver version.So according to that i tried a few versions each installed after the pc was cleaned with ddu.Redownloading as i post.Will try to run the game with no dlcs aswell just in case any of the conflicts.
I’m having the same problem. It started out fine and I got to the Gables house when it started crashing at loading screens. Now I can’t get into the game at all. It completely freezes my computer at the first loading screen.

EDIT: I turned down the graphics options from medium/high to medium or lower, and now the game seems to run fine again.
EDIT 2: Although I should mention that alt-tabbing still causes my computer to freeze up.
i have a i7 7700k, gtx 1070, everything updated and the game refuses to open
Reinstalled after downloaded again,ran the game with no dlcs and worked normally.Now launched with VIP only installed and again it loaded normally.For those with the same problem uninstall all the dlcs and launch with none or vip only and check if it loads maybe?
I’m having the same issue. The demo worked fine but the full game gets stuck at loading screen.
PC specs: i7 7700K, Radeon RX 580, 16 GB RAM
EDIT: Fixed it by uninstalling and redownloading the whole game. I also uninstalled Forza Horizon 3 just in case, don’t know if it actually helped

Game freezed during gameplay and after that, freeze at loading screen after continue button.
My playtime is about 3hours so. Is it OK if I reinstall the game? All my progress is preserved?
uninstalling and downloading the game seems to fix this.
For me too. Preload files are bad
Game launches fine, takes forever to load in-game.

Im using a Samsung 960 Evo nvme m.2 which should load the game very fast but it takes a few mins on some loading screens.

I had this problem. It shows up that iolo System Mechanic Live Boost does that FH4 loads forever. I uninstall it, move game to SSD and now it takes seconds.
Rebooted twice, Reset 15 times, and shut down with task manager 6 times. You need to bring a nuke to make it work. Got into game, stuck at loading screen, now it’s impossible to ever get into my settings. +, Idk how the living hell to sync Xbox live with FH(annoying [Mod Edit - Abbreviated profanity, profanity and profanity that is disguised but still alludes to the words are not permitted - D])4. +, Why did it work 1 hour ago for me and not NOW?! I gotta get my money from selling a Hoonicorn!
