Forza horizon 4 New widebodies

So they said they added new widebodies the only one i have found is the '65 mini cooper what else is new?

Kind of curious why they snuck a single bit of customization in under the radar, the new widebody kits are a planned update for the “near future” as mentioned in the Q&A from Monday,

The Mini body kit is used in the Top Gear Horizon story. (Ie they added only the Mini)
I speculate that wide body kits for other cars will be added next month, or later.

Playing through Top Gear Stories and saw the widebody kit in the Mini chapter.

Checked and it’s available in Upgrades now.

Looks like the ‘widebody’ classic ‘big’ rally-arches, as well as the classic Monte Carlo/Italian Job driving-lights and a roof-light.

(Unfortunately the arches stay black and can’t be coloured-over as they’re ‘additions’ it seems)

Still let’s me widen the track on my 2.0l V-Tec Mini and have a slightly truer-to-life stance on my ‘94 Monte Carlo rep (even if the arches on that were body-coloured).

Anyone noticed any other cars with ‘extra’ Upgrade parts?

Perhaps only Mini Cooper adds a body kit with this update.
There is a event driving the Mini Cooper with this wide body kit in the Top Gear Horizon stories, and this update may have been added accordingly.

Yeah the ‘wide-body’ is on the ‘Horizon Story’s’ car (along with something far more potent than the standard engine under the bonnet).

But the ‘64 foglights, rooftop lights and rear spotlight are all new and don’t feature on the Top Gear car.

Am loving Top Gear Stories anyway. Great to have Chris Harris on-board, I’m a big fan of his work and he’s a natural ‘fit’ for the game as well.

(Anyone wanting a decent listen to Chris chat about cars and life in-general should check out his podcast appearance on Joe Rogan’s podcast. Was recorded before he got the Top Gear gig but he’s a proper petrol-head and it’s an entertaining listen).

Unless I missed it before, the R32 Skyline has new body kit options that aren’t on the wide body options.

Unfortunately those are just some random bits from FM7. The R32 GT-R is actually missing 4 bodykits from the last generation, it sucks because 99.9% sure its not a licensing issue, someone simply forgot to port them (these manufacturers currently still have body kits in FM7 and FH4 for other NIssans).

Seems like applying the flares narrows the tyres so do the flares first ,New flares can be found in the conversion tab.

It gives a nice sporty touch like the 96 Minis. It’s still a bit disappointing to go into the dashboard view, lol. It’s a shame the wheel arches aren’t body color, but it’s hardly noticeable on a black Mini. I went out and bought 2 more Minis from the Auction House just to try out the new stuff. First one’s a Monte Carlo Mini replica, the second one is a sporty street version with the widebody.

I want a body kit for 1973 skyline sooo bad.

Has there been any new additions yet? I have yet to hear of anyone mentioning anything to do with the new options since the top gear update. Has playground games themselves forgotten ?
