Hey all, I’m having a huge issue of my game crashing and booting me out to the xbox dashboard ever since getting the latest update and dlc. I crash worse and worse and more and more online or offline with each day since the dlc dropped. I have tried to contact support and I have restarted my Xbox but my game once again just froze for the 10th time today. Does anyone else have this massive issue within the last one to three days? I have only seen it getting worse and nobody from any team is willing to give any acknowledgement of the issue. The game is at this point unplayable until this is fixed and I had none of these issues until the latest dang update.
I have the same issue. Everytime i do a barn find, game crashes. The also during events and random times. But barn finds everytime
Since the island update I’ve barely been able to even play the game. It crashes when I try to even start the game, and it’ll do that about foit or five times. Then if I’m lucky enough to actually get it to run, it crashes at my house. If it doesn’t do both of those, I can play for like, maybe twenty minutes before I’m back in the same cycle. I’m on the OG Xbox one, and haven’t had many crashes until this last update.
I love this game, but this is just ridiculous.
I’m just happy to see I’m not alone on this.
Yes, quite a few people have been posting about this problem since the Dec. 13th update. At first, the crashes only seemed to happen during forzathon live events, but it is now crashing pretty much anywhere and doing anything, including just trying to start the game. My game crashes every 1-2 hours on average. Best thing to do is file a support ticket (or lots of them) and keep posting about it. Eventually, someone at PG/T10 will notice. You will know when they do when we get a crash thread labeled “investigating”, which I hope is something they do soon. These crashes are making it nearly impossible to play the game for more than an hour or so, and since they are random, you can’t even plan around them.
