The crashes are getting frustrating, and they are deffo linked to the Dec. 13th update/release of Fortune Island. There are multiple threads in the tech section about the crashes, and more than a few of us have filed support tickets. FH4 is now crashing with regularity, first in Forzathon Live events, then in races, freeroam, menus, and now (at least for me), on the initial load screen. i can’t even play the game at all today. Also, unless I missed it, not one single PG/T10 rep has even acknowledged the problem. This is starting to remind me of last year when FH3 got all buggered up and refused to start for about a week.
I think it mostly affects XB1, I’m not having any issues on PC other than usual microstutters caused by network lag or alt-tabbing too much.
Thats the last straw now, im tired of getting to stage 3 forzathon live just to crash, its happening every day atleast 4-5 times. Im fuming! Allways on fortune island. You have to fix this its becoming intolerable. And what about all the speed cheaters on the speed cameras your determined to push all your “forza faithful” away for sure. Looks like another siege coming your way T10. FIX YOUR GAME. Whats the point in having the option to report suspicious behaviour when you do nothing at all about it? I can understand having it there is a good thing to see & convince the player for the sake of looking as though it is an option, but who r u really fooling. You do nothing what a joke. What will it take to get things right? Youtube has bare cheaters exposing how to cheat the game,(your game) you can clearly see theyre gamer tags yet you sit & twiddle your thumbs all the while the little kid watching said videos gets bent over & spanked & the instigator gets away with everything “GIVE YOUR HEADS A WOBBLE” You need yet another leaderboard purge & fix the game bugs, fh3 was by far the best experience yet, fh4 will be your biggest embarrassment because you’ve let all these cheaters rub it in your/our faces all the while they be sticking two fingers up at YOU.

Today I didn’t get again my extra 60fp so this also not working properly. I completed all 7/7 daily challenges and didn’t get extra points. Today I am sure of it but I think a week ago I had same problems as well.

I’ve been having same issues. Freezing/crashing during Forzathon events. Has happened every dy since last update.
I hate that this is happening to you all. I was kind of hoping it was just me. Yesterday I crashed 3 out of 5 attempts to complete a forzathon. today I crated 3 out of 4. Just signed up to the forums so that I could ask the community about it. Guess that wont be necessary.
Hopefully they’ll sort this out soon as it’s getting beyond a joke. Turn console on by the mains load up horizon 4 after two or three attempts of loading game as keeps getting to load profile then back to dashboard we go. Eventually get loaded start start forzathon stick to one car and ha ho right at the end it kicks me back to dashboard. So at least they could some response to this problem. At first I thought my console was on its way out until I see all these post’s. And it’s OK to moderate members comments on here but unfortunately with all the social media platforms and the power it can hold before long companies could really suffer the wrath of us the poor customers. Let alone the fact without the players backing they’ll have no jobs… just a thought worth thinking about

Im chomping at the bit here. I havent been able to complete a single forzathon live today i even set my spawn location to great Britain thinking it would help, hell no! Your game really sucks right now, idont know how much more i can take. Crashing on load ups, & even then i’ll go to a forzathon live & just get dashboarded. Whats the point? I darent try to race it would be a complete waste of time. FIX YOUR GAME!
couldnt agree more. Maybe we the customers can speak louder with our wallets than our mouths? This is beyond a joke now. I personally havent even bothered to play today.
They already have a mountain of cash from this game, so are probably laughing all the way to the bank.
Reading through their support page I was amazed at an article detailing a severe bug in FH3 (which isn’t that old really) that said they are not going to fix it. Unbelievable.
I am also having random freeze issues. I copied all of my files from my SSD to the internal drive just to see if there was an issue. I got the same freeze problem. It’s froze three times during Forzathon which really sucks. There is no consistent error for this freeze problem on my Xbox One S. It is something that has appeared after the latest release. The funny part is when I was on Fortune Island several days after the update, I didn’t experience this problem.
Yep game has been crashing on me like crazy since the fortune island update. I play on xbox 1. Its making me angry. Tired of paying big bucks for this kind of support. Games are such a RIP off now. Forza is gonna keep losing more and more of the core players that made it good in the first place gonna just become a complete wreck slug fest game.
Crashed twice this morning. The forza site will not let me confirm support ticket request. This is getting old really quick!! Is there a forum post somewhere that say PG/T10 is aware of the issue and is working on it? Or Microsoft?? Just love wasting my time getting through Forzathon live events just for it to crash at the very end!!!
