the car pack downloaded but the cars did not come do you guys have a solution

If you are referring to cars in your garage, go to the Autoshow DLC tile and collect each car marked as “FREE” so it will be added to your garage. If you attempt this and are being charged for the DLC even though your Microsoft account shows that you own it, try:

  1. Rebooting and looking again
  2. verifying that you don’t have any pending items to install
  3. posting your details in the Support forum
