Forza Horizon 3 PC: Opens and closes after clicking the play button

I bought this game yesterday so me and my friend can play it, I was really looking forward to playing this game after it downloaded. But every time I press play on the windows store it Opens (Splash screen appears for 5 secs) and closes soon after.
Things I’ve done:
Uninstalled and Reinstalled 3 time = No changes
Apps & Features Reset Forza horizon 3 app = No changes
Reinstall windows 10 = No changes
Uninstall Anti Virus = No Changes
Turn mic off in windows settings = No Changes

Can I please get a quick response for this problem, if not I may consider refunding this game.

Maybe also read through the stickied posts in the PC support forum as well

Besides doing a fresh Windows 10 installation, did you also make sure you system was completely up to date?

And it might be usefull to list your system specifications.
