About 8 hours ago I purchased the pack and the cars are available etc but when I travel to either Blizzard or Hot Wheels locations it tells me I have to buy them. Clicking on the INSTALL option sends me over to tell me I have already purchased them. Any idea?
Update - PS it is the PC version
you cant just travel there from the pause screen to begin with
you need to access Blizzard mountain from the airport first
hot wheels you need to access from the hot wheels icon on the Byron bay beach
Yeah, thanks for the reply. That is how I tried it and got the above response. At both locations, it is the same thing - basically, I need to purchase them for all the fun and excitement then when I follow the link provided tells me I already own them.
Does the account signed into the xbox app the same account that is signed into the windows store app?
The other thing to try is to check if there are any extra accounts that maybe on your computer that is causing the weird issue so try the following.
from the Windows icon select the settings → Email and App accounts
Thanks, Vincent I managed to sort it out. The game, store, and Xbox app are the one account went to the store a few times and all it said was I had purchased it. I went into the store account > updates and was pretty much the same with no updates, then I searched the regular store products and it offered to install. A bit strange being MS, MS, and MS store. probably better to go direct and purchase the add-ons rather than via the Forza app.
