Forza Horizon 2 error in paint shop and when I try to claim a car from the message centre

I just got the Xbox One version of Forza Horizon 2 having owned the 360 version for my old Xbox. I got it with the games with gold however whenever I try to access the paint shop all claim free cars from the message centre I get an error. saying "this feature has been temporarily disabled. please see Forza Motorsport . net for more info.

After checking some of the forum threads I have been able to go online and play online in Forza Horizon 2. but I can still not access the paint shop or claim cars from the message centre so I know I am not banned from online but this message keeps occurring. Can anyone help ?

I too am getting this also every time I try to download free car from message board I get the exact same message temporarily disabled what going on with this same goes for downloading paint jobs that other ppl have created nothing comes up just says error

The same thing happes to me!!

Disabled Areas
This began when game went free with Gold. It was 100% working the day before. An explaintion or date it will be fixed would be nice. I PAID for the game

It didnt happen to me on 8/1 but started up on 8/2 onwards.
