I am having this issue since I started to play Forza Horizon 1, when I press to buy the design/vinyl, a message saying “You need Xbox LIVE Gold to use this or it is blocked by parents control” is shown. My account is not controlled by parents. Please help me!
Are you have Xbox Live Gold subscription active?
No, but I don’t think LIVE Gold is really needed for this.

Just pointing out that designs don’t load properly on the car if playing on Xbox One X. You can add a design, but as soon as you go outside with your car, the design has gone .
