My son and I each have our own Gamertags and have been playing Forza Horizon 3. I created a Joker themed car that my son wanted to download and use. Unfortunately it says its locked behind parental control restrictions. I logged into my account and changed all of his access from child to adult so that he could play the multiplayer aspects of the game and download the car design. After logging back in under his profile Forza now allows him to access all of the online features EXCEPT the Designs, which is still locked behind parental controls. I’ve double-checked that he has full access in all the settings menus but cannot get it to unlock. PLEASE HELP! He’s really bummed out and I’m frustrated, as I plan to make more liveries in the future for us to use and I’m not going to make every one of them twice.
