i was previously banned by turn 10 for breaching xbox live terms and conditions. i was not told which terms i have breached… this left me in the position where i could possibly/probably breach the same terms once my ban expired. this has proven to be the case as i have now incurred a second ban. i have asked xbox live to confirm which, if any of ITS terms and conditions turn 10 have accused me of breaching. xbox live can find no evidence of any breach of ITS terms. i purchased my xbox one specificly to play forza 6. what is going on at turn 10 ??? you cannot make a claim against someone, have a trial, pass a guilty verdict and enforce a punishment. this is the defination of a dictatorship.
The one BIG clue is the Xbox Live Code of Conduct which everyone who creates a gamertag and signs up for the service agrees to abide by in doing so. That is the law on Xbox Live or any games which are on the service.
Included, but not limited to, the items in the regulations are:
"Content involving illegality. For example:
Gambling, piracy, child pornography, obscenity, or criminal activity
Underage drinking, illegal drug use, or socially irresponsible behavior connected with drug use (e.g., drinking and driving)
Terrorism (e.g., bomb or other weapon making instructions)
Information that could help identity thieves (e.g., government-issued identification number)"
Xbox Live Support does not administer the Code within Forza Motorsport/Forza Horizon, so they would not have a record of the infractions. Only Turn 10 or Playground Games employees can do that. Their support contact is, as always and posted hundreds of times of these forums: forzafb@microsoftcom via email only.
BTW - Posting liveries attacking Turn 10, including “#dictate?” (No the rules are the rules.) “TURN 10 you are banned!” (Impossible.) and, “TURN 10 cant provide proof of its claim why not?” (Because you didn’t ask the administrators of the Xbox Live Code of Conduct.) is really not a good idea.
