Forza 7 will not load at all now on Windows - help!!!!!!

When i click to launch Forza 7 on Windows nothing happens. It was working fine yesterday

In the windows eventlog i get this error:

Did you install / uninstall anything between yesterday and today? or change any setting that might have caused this?

I didn’t change anything

I managed to fix it i think - i created a new Windows user profile, logged on windows through that and then deleted it, then reverted to my old windows sign on profile

Game now loads ok
