Recently reinstalled windows 10 on a new SSD along with Forza 7, the game won’t launch after the fresh install? just crashes to desktop…

'This is a known problem and the answer has been posted numerous times:
Click Start, type services, hit enter
this will bring you to the services screen.
Scroll down and find “Windows PushToInstall” service
Double click on it, and start the service, it will probably be disabled. Set it to automatically start.’
I have tried this along with resetting the Forza 7 data, signing in and out of the MS store and Xbox app. restarting the pc. Nothing will get Forza to stop crashing after the install.
Same here for me. I tried installing another app, resetting the game, activating the PushToInstall service, resetting the Store, deactivating the EVGA Precision, logging onto the Store again but to no avail.
