Being a keen photographer in the real world, i have spent years of my life learning how cameras works. I have tried doing photography in forza over the years and find it rather counter intuitive as the camera settings are strange and barely relate to photography. I wonder if anyone else experience this also? and do you think they have ever considered using real camera settings in forza 6?
I don’t think it’ll change and I believe it is the way it is for a purpose: to make Forzatography simplified and approachable. And, to be honest, as someone who dabbles in photography, I quite like the simplicity of Forza’s in-game photo feature. The results you can get from it are absolutely stunning.
I have often wanted more from the photo mode. I’m a photographer in real life, and being able to have real camera settings and even a few different lens options would make my day. Even if it were something like ‘that other car game’ has.
I agree that would probably be too complex for most users, and highly doubt the resources would be spent building something like this into the game.
As much as I’d love an ‘advanced mode’ camera setting so that we may keep the simplified controls I would rather see time and effort perfecting and adding to other areas of the game that would benefit from it most.
Ultimately I’d like to see a few additions to the photo mode, quick fixes rather than the large overhaul I listed above. The ability to save my own settings presets and name them would be one such feature, watermark placement and a few other options to deepen the experience would be nice.
I’d just like the ability to get further away and higher.
Flash- intensity- slow sync would be pretty cool- that way we could create trail, and fill flash.
