I recently bought the Premium package, and was able to play the events. I played a couple and then had to do a few things. I came back (internet was reset at some point) and now I can’t access the servers. It will not allow me to play the spotlight events, which makes it impossible to play the premium events. I can still use the DLC in free play, but I can’t play the events. I’m really upset since I just spent money on this and can’t play the content. Any help would be appreciated.
Also, I have restarted the router, restarted my PC, and flushed the DNS cache.
UPDATE: I spoke with Xbox Support, who told me to uninstall and re-install. After downloading 21.6GB of data, nothing changed. I contacted them again, and they sent me to Windows Support. Pablo did not help, and he told me to go to the developer for support. After asking him to provide a link or something (as I know how hard it is to contact Turn 10), he told me to go to a physical Microsoft Store. This is some crap. Devs, please help!
UPDATE 2: 12/22/16 - Booted up the game today and it connected to the servers. Problem solved.
Have they no one looking in on these forums? Tell you what, they won’t get any of my money for this kind of support…See I was wondering if they were finally pushing us to buy the DLC to keep playing. Maybe that’s what it is… I mean I realize it’s Christmas season and all but damn, if you’re selling something you should be better prepared to back it up with some support. Thought that was kinda the idea of the forum???
I have been unable to access the servers for the past 24 hours. Accessing from SE Asia. The help page says “All games working correctly”. Not true. I have seen this problem posted on a number of forums. Why no response from Microsoft? Very poor support.
Yes same here in California … Premium content and Spotlight not working … says server unavailable … nobody is doing anything its been a couple of days now … I want my Premium stuff nowwwwwwwwww lol , come on people you need to fix this , its taken way too long
Servers are down for me as well, leaderboards haven’t worked in at least a day or so for me. Turn 10 is probably reallocating server capacity to FH3 players instead of worrying about us.

Could it be that the problem strikes only those who downloaded the free version and upgraded to the premium package afterwards.
Or is there anybody in this forum who bought the premium package without having the free version installed before?
No, I have the free version only and it went out 12/16 an now 12/20 still out. Their chat people claim their servers are working after they told me they acknowledged there was a problem.
Still down this morning for me. Prime example of why always-online gaming is a BAD thing. I also bought the DLC, and not having access to “premium” events is frustrating for sure.
