Glad I didn’t pay for the so called premium content now. Totally unaccecptable to be frozen out of stuff you paid for.
Boy this is some lame support. It’s been about 4 days and NO official word about what the problem is! Glad I didn’t spend the bucks on the DLC now. I think I’m going to solve my problem by just uninstalling the damn game and moving on. Back to Grid Autosport, maybe it’s still working…
What a shame…This sure cinches that I WILL NOT be buying an Xbox!
It’s unfortunate, as Forza in an amazing game series and their turn to PC was fantastic. I quit playing consoles when I got a decent PC (60fps 1080p and 4k is nice), but this support is terrible. I never needed support for any other Forza games in the past. I know that this is free to play, and it probably isn’t their top priority with FH3 out and F6, but it still irks me that I just paid for premium content that I can’t use. If every game, as this game and Overwatch have done, goes to online-only, I’m going to freak out. It doesn’t even feel like you own the game in situations like that.
Forza Support, we need you!

Same here in France, not able to access Spotlight and Messages (didn’t buy the Premium content). The Xbox services work on my computer, ForzaHub can connect to Apex and Xbox App see me playing.

The servers are back up in north america 12/21. I send them a tweet at tweeter and minutes later it was back online. I contacted them multiple times at xbox and no results, maybe they listen to tweeter. Donald Trump was right again.
I’d be nice if Turn10 at least acknowledged the issue and said they were working on it.
Just checked, my Apex is working fine, regular and premium events. Did you guys check for updates in the windows store manually? Make sure your Windows 10 and video drivers are also up to date. There was an Apex update a few weeks ago I think. East coast USA. I got an email about a new windows insider build. Did anyone install that? I do not install those cause of the problems they tend to cause.

I just checked in with mine, and there wasn’t an update, but it worked. It had the new events and etc. So if it is still down for people, I’m very sorry and have no fix. it just started working for me.
