Forza 6 Apex crashes

When I open Forza 6 Apex it crashes after the blue Forza screen and right after it get 100% game sync from my Xbox one save.

I have reinstalled on a different harddrive and still the same crash. I have done a WSReset.exe comand, also a Troubleshoot "Windows computer problem /Windows Store Apps and it comes up W"Windows Store cache may be damaged and then it states Fixed and I reboot the system and it comes up with the same crash!
This process has been done ten or more times and still no fix!

I also have a GTX1080 with the newest drivers alone with the up to date Windows 10 system drivers. I have also cleared the Forza 6 Apex cache many times, reinstalled, troubleshooted in windows program and have done the WSReset command many times and it still crashes. Note: I have many Windows xbox one games that work fine: Gears of War4, Killer Instinct, Forza Horizon3, Quantum Break and they all load just fine on my PC and on Xbox one this is the only game that is giving a crash right after it states its 100% done loading my last sync, then it crashes.

Oh, I have also done the system command "sfc /scannow to verify and repair three times and it found no problems. I also ran the system command “DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth” to scan the image for component store corruption, perform repair operations automatically, and records that corruption to the log file. It found no errors.

HELP!!! Can anyone from Support please help me with this issue I have tried every PC technical procedures to no avail??? I have reinstalled a clean Windows 10 Pro and the first thing I installed was Forza Motorsport 6 Apex and it crashed again like always after the sync screen and after that at the blue car screen??
