What happens when you try?

My suggestion is back out to the very first menu of the game and then back to the dash. Press the menu button when on the big Forza 5 icon and choose quit.

Then turn off your consol by holding the power button on the console until it turns off.

Then turn off your modem or router. Once it is off turn it on and wait for 5 minutes.

Then turn on your console and try again.
