I have been trying to play Forza 5 on XBOX ONE but do not get any sound.
I have done all the troubleshooting and contacted XBOX Support numerous times.
Deleted my profile, reinstalled, synced data gain. Nothing.
The game will run with sound on an alternate profile.
There is something defunct with the communication between my profile and the cloud data.
I would really, really appreciate it if Turn 10 can address this with me specifically and not me a generically scripted message.
I am an avid Forza player and look forward to a resolution to this matter.
