I have tried numerous times to post topics on forums here. When i go to post a topic. It says in under some surveillance or something because i am new? I have only got one topic allowed on a racing section. Anyone know what’s happening?

The other day I was at tier 4. And now I’m not. Ide like to know why this happened?
