Now it’s the Stake F1 Team, or Kick F1 Team in regions that don’t allow the gambling. Basically like Mission Winnow.

That’s definitely one way to ensure your team has no fans and to make yourself the laughing stock of the grid with multiple stupid name changes, shady sponsors, and one of the dumbest team identities I’ve seen in recent times.

I cannot wait for Audi to take it over in 2 years, that should clean up the mess.

Agreed completely.

Guenther ‘:face_with_symbols_over_mouth:’ Steiner and Haas have parted ways, and Ayao Komatsu has replaced him as TP (I think AK is the one who was often seen wandering around the Haas garage looking lost and confused).

Rumour is there was a disagreement about finance and the team’s motivations for success.

The grid won’t be quite the same without Guenther’s calm and softly spoken approach to his work :innocent:

It really won’t :frowning:, he’s such a personality and was fun to watch!
I don’t know if I can wear the shirt with his face on it in the same way…

A change in management is a logical step for a team that’s not performing (as it should), look at many of the other teams in recent years. I hope it gives Haas some better results, good enough to make us forget (if that is even possible) about the legend.

Not a good sign for Haas. This tells me that they already know next year is gonna be a bad one, so why not just start fresh?

I think Gene needs to step up and start actually giving his team the funds necessary to do well. You can’t just cheap out and then fire people when you inevitably finish last. Guenther wasn’t perfect but he did the best he could given what he had to work with.

Guenther was the most marketable part of the team, so I get the feeling merch sales are gonna be down.

Wait, do people buy Haas merch?

I did, I have the shirt with Guenther’s face on it " We look like a bunch of legends". It’s so great that Haas themselves sold this!
Indeed he was a great part of marketing for the team.

Wow, that’s official merch? That’s hilarious. Not something I would expect a team itself to sell.

That would be like if Red Bull sold a shirt with “change your f***ing car” on it. Which is something I might buy.

Yeah exactly! Haas was living the meme of Guenther.

Looks that way. RB has registered the domain visacashapprb.com and the Racing Bulls logo has been in circulation for over a month now.

Madrid’s arrival doesn’t necessarily mean the end for Barcelona
The Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya has been a permanent fixture on the F1 calendar since 1991. With Madrid signing a deal for 2026, it has raised questions about the future of the Barcelona race.
Domenicali says it isn’t necessarily the end of their partnership, especially as Formula 1 is having a resurgence in the country, which currently has two drivers on the grid in the form of Aston Martin’s double world champion Fernando Alonso and Ferrari racer and two-time Grand Prix winner Carlos Sainz.
“For the avoidance of doubt and to clarify here, the fact we are in Madrid is not excluding the fact we could stay in Barcelona for the future,” he says.
“Looking ahead, there are discussions in place to see if we can really extend our collaboration with Barcelona, with whom we have a very good relationship, for the future.”
