Since it’s grand debut last year and return to Sportscar racing finally completes it’s overall first win! I’d regret not having this GT3 added to Forza Motorsport when it came to the Mustang Month if were in your shoes now @T10ManteoMax and Turn 10.

What is it going to take to have the GT3 in the game? Almost every other GTD car that raced in Daytona is in the game. Not sure if you guys noticed but the Mustang just took 1st and 3rd. Do you need any more of a reason to add it to the game?

it was unironically their first IMSA race ever, it takes time to scan a car and put it on the game, it takes at least 6 months, and this is a issue in EVERY realistic car game, it takes months to take the scan data into othe games, its not a phooto then press “Uplaod”

i know you guys want to have the car and race it, but gotta be pacient, is not like they dont want have the car, they NEED to follow certain steps before put the car

And various of methods procuring this and all other highly requested machines then just the straight forward procedures too thread carefully. All to be rid of “complaints and doubts” before it even arises.

this part is actually the easiest for this model, IMSA will let them scan the car and take photos during one of their events
the problem, is not only this only happens once they doo the final licencing of the car with Ford, but alsoo like i said, once they scan they need put into the engine and then into the game, gaming world devs (from other games) says it is around 6-7 months, and based from soome new-to-forza cars iin FM and FH5, the timeline seems is be the same for Forza overal, even if wasnt it woldnt be less than 4 months or so after they get the car

Then you divide that number when they have a bigger army making development faster, efficient and precise. All to ramp up the Forza GT3 division courtesy of the class split since Australia month.

Here’s hoping this is the Mustang GT3 I like to see in Forza Motorsport (Xbox Series X|S)

this data came from teams as big as Forzas lol
also again, mustang just starter racing in north america this year, it will take some time lol
i know you want to mustang be in game as far possiblle, but that isnt that easy even if you have a team with double of forzas it would take the same time beacuse is a coding and development issue

We know very well that it’s not a photo…it’s hard…it’s this…it’s that…blah blah blah…then how did iracing n acc get one…It was debuted last year at daytona…acc added it on 7th may n iracing got it on 3rd June…how??

Let me tell u the real story…
It was never about scanning n licensing…it was always about the mindset of the devs…they don’t wanna add race cars to the game…they’re highly biased towards production cars…n that’s the main problem n that’s why in a track focused racing game like fm the number of production cars r higher than proper race cars…if the devs went “full send” it wasn’t that hard…

well, let’s agree with u for once that it’s hard to scan n license…it takes atleast 6 months n so on…then where is 296 gt3 or zo6 gt3?? Those were debuted in 2023 daytona 24…2 years ago…then where is the amg gt3 evo?? N where r the huracan gt3 n nismo gt3?? We dont have a single huracan gt3 in the game…both huracan n nismo gt3s were debuted in 2015…nismo gt3 has two variants n huracan gt3 has 3 variants…wasn’t it possible to add any one of those in 10 years??

They were very busy with garbages like dark horse, mustang 24, that blacklabel junk n other production mustangs

We don’t drive junks…

first of all, please try to write better beacuse I was unsable to read what you wrote, i had to re read a few times beacuse your writing is very confusing

second, it dont depends sorely of the devs, it depends if car companies want give the rights for the racing series in first place, it depends of the interest of racing leagues to put the cart in the game, ite depend of the racing teams to give time so they can put the cars in the game, its lot of factros, also iracing always get the car first beacuse has better connecctions with imsa since they are IMSA/NASCAR-driver owned, so they will ALWAYS get priority in imsa racing cars

ACC also only have GT3 cars on ir so its easier to put cars there since they can do a GT each time

also i dont know if you know, but there has various production car series around the world, actually its the way most people do racing around the world, buying cheap used cars nd tuning them for races, gt is one of those variations, BUT NOT THE ONLY ONE

forza was never about just track cars, since the first one always had a variation of street cars we can race and actuall race cars of various classes, in ffact we had NASCAR, Australia V8, LMDh, GT, TCRm Trans AM and some track day toys as bonus cars in this very game

also just beacuse you dont like acar it doeesnt meas it is junk

That’s the thing. The Forza devs don’t know the meaning of “benchmarking”. The reason why a game like this never got better cars is because they didn’t benchmark other racing games.

I agree with you.

Argh. This is exactly why the Forza franchise will cease to exist in 2025. They didn’t feature even a single 2025 Model Year car. Forza Horizon 5 failed to feature one and Forza Motorsport (Xbox Series X|S) may not feature one.

What was once the best racing franchise in the history of XBOX is degrading.

In a few months, the Forza franchise is going to end up in the Cemetery of Failed Video Game Franchises.

2 things

1- the 2025 models are starting to show up RIGHT NOW, in US there has law that only let carmakers put following year models only from october/november, and we are still in january, so it will take time, how the hell you expect them to import 2025 cars in 2weeks or a month?

2- you are getting too much negative and you re listening too much to 13 year kids crying beacuse their favorite car isnt on game yet

the raw game numbers are being fine right now, FH4 and FH5 still has more active players on steam and xbox than any other racing game right now, independently of hype if they follow the feedbacks and continue doing a good product, they will keep getting the numers they need

people around here also need to undestand that devs are human like us, they cant stay 24/7 crunching just beacuse you want to drive a car that unironically started raced last weekend, there has lot of factors why the car isnt on game yet, and nonf of them is about “why they dont want”

it will come eventually, but it takes time, and it wasnt just Forza team said it, Gran Turismo said it, iRacing also said, AC also said, its common knowlegment in industry that takes 6months to put a car scan into a game 5 months if you are lucky but nothing shother than tht

We may hold all those thoughts cause meet Ford Mustang GT3 '25 WEC edition! :us::racehorse:
