What ELSE were you gonna use the Cr for, if not buying cars?
Not like you can save for retirement, buy a mortgage, invest in the Stock Market, or fund a celebrity drug scandal with it. Cars and car parts, that’s all it’s for.

Racing at even the lowest level can be a costly and expensive hobby - even in a video game.
If you do an endurance race with a few XP/Credit mods, you’ll make the 2M CR easily! 7-14 spins from one race alone can make a huge difference … 
Sucks having to do it this way, but if it saves you from having to buy a car you don’t really want, so be it.

But yeah look at the advice for endurance for decent cash.
Even if you only have 60 percent mods then whack 60 percent creds, affinity and xp on the slots and do one of the shorter distance endurance races which are an hour or so.
Big potential payouts after for an hours work with all the spins that can accumulate and affinity money and credit boost etc
Same thing happened to me. I found out the hard way that some cars don’t have headlights.
Oh well, I just turned on the race line and raced anyway. Came in third, fun race.
