FM6 July Car Pack Clue Thread

  1. Peugeot C60 ?
2)Probably a delta wing, has stars and stripes but at long beach and daytona they had problems and it would always skip long beach since 2013
  2. could be the the bmw isetta 3 wheeler becuase i heard it was confirmed to have 3 wheelers in horizon 3 and could be trying it out in forza 6 and 3 wheelers were requested a lot

My first time attempting this

Deltawing From the Weather Tech Sportscar Championship
Also a lot of people are saying Emil Frey XK GT3 from Blancpain Endurance Championship.

Clue one - Could well be the Jaguar XJ13. Or the XKR-R. I don’t know but Jaguar have had a lot of success in racing, especially in big competitions.
Clue two - I reckon it could be the GT40, the Gulf racing one. That car was a Ford but made elsewhere and it had all sorts of input from car companies at the time. Could also be the FT-1? Maybe the DeltaWing.
Clue three - The SCG003 race car that raced at Nurburgring this year? If not, it could well be the M1 street car or maybe even the Stratos.

I doubt I’m right but looking forward to it nonetheless.

Clue 1 - 1967 Puma GT (from Brazil, but I’ve seen some in US soil…)

Clue one - I’m going to say the mclaren F1 GTR it entered le mans in 1995 and faced off against the big Goliath team porsche and later on it raced against lister, nissan, and panoz in 1997.

Clue two - I’m going to say the deltawing as well

Clue Three - I don’t know about this one so my guess is the peel P50

Only Porsche content we saw that year in GT1 was a Porsche-powered Courage C34 and a sprinkling of privateer GT2 EVOs. Would hardly call that a “Goliath”. Maybe you’re getting your years mixed up? '97 was a different story, as they did take down Porsche factory efforts in GT1.

BOT:

Clue #1: Jaguar XJR-13

Clue #2: Nissan DeltaWing

Clue #3: BMW Isetta

Yeah, the “goliaths” in 1995 would have been the brace of Ferrari F40s in GT1, as well as the two Peugeot powered WR prototypes that dominated qualifying. That Porsche powered Courage you mentioned could be considered a big dog as well though, as it was run by the Courage factory team and piloted by Le Mans ace Bob Wollek and racing legend Mario Andretti among others.

The July DLC car pack will only have 3 cars? Or will he give the rest of the 7 clues before this coming Tuesday?

I thought each DLC car pack will be 10 cars.

The monthly car packs are in groups of 7, unless otherwise noted.

Thanks, so he will provide the other 4 clues later.

He has the whole weekend to tease us, so we’ll have to wait and see.

My guesses/massive reaches go to:

  1. 1957 Lister Jaguar ‘nickname censored’

  2. 2016 Haas VF-16 - American team, Italian body and engine, Mexican and French drivers and a European base in the UK.

  3. Melkus RS1000 - East German ‘supercar’ that clearly wants to be a ferrari 250GTO, of which only 39 were built! If you squint really hard it kind of looks a bit like a knock off alfa 33 stradale, another odd number! I think I’ve got this one lads.

for hint #3. im going to guess a 1959 moretti 750 tour de monde

Delta wing.

Let me take shot at this but I am sure I am wrong

1 Whatever Rebellion Racing’s #13 is

#2 1965 Lola Can Am T70 Spyder
#3 1959 BMW Isetta 300

I) the early 60’s Cheetah, kind of the Chevy answer to the AC Cobra would be beyond cool.
2) The Ferrari F60America for the 60th anniversary of Ferrari America. Stars and Stripes even embroidered on seats.
3) Heaven help me but I really can’t come up with much different than the previously mentioned BMW Isetta.

Clue 1: go karts
Clue 2: delta wing
Clue 3: gumpert Apollo

I don’t know if it’s an Italian oddity, but whenever I eat at an Italian restaurant I’ll often see bottles of wine encased in straw or wicker baskets.

It may have been these protective wicker encasings that inspired the Germans to construct cars out of the same material.

Maybe Clue 3 is a 1920 Korbwagen.

hello for the July DLC car pack is my guesses
HINT #1: This cat is the David to the factory works Goliath teams
My Guess- is the 2017 jaguar F Pace SUV
HINT #2: It may seem Stars & Stripes, but this racer is a truly global effort.
My Guess- the Oscar Mayer Wienermobile how stars and stripes is the all American hot dog
HINT #3: Germany’s take on an Italian oddity
My Guess-BMW Isetta Bubble Car

#dallastrong

Clue 1: I’m going with the DeTomaso Pantera, because it’s awesome and needs to return to Forza

Clue 2: The Deltawing is a popular guess, so I’ll go with it. I can’t think of anything else that qualifies.

Clue 3: I’d say either the BMW Isetta or the Karmann Ghia.
