FM6 demo reward (2017 Ford Gt) not showing or being rewarded in full game?

So I played and finished the Forza 6 demo when it was released a few months back and received a message upon completing it, that I would receive the 2017 Ford GT in the full game. I just recently got the full game, and after completing the qualifying races I still haven’t gotten 2017 Ford Gt. It does look like I received my other gift cars and credits for playing past forza games, after login to Forza Hub.

Does anyone know what is going on, is this is a bug or do I need to play further into the game beyond the 3 qualifying races to get it?

well i own the GT as well but the achievment is locked so i am wodering too what is going on maybe tha car nneds to be bought to Count or?

you actually need to buy it for the achievement to pop…it’s only 250,000 credits…it’s not much

to the OP have you already checked it’s not already in your garage…mine went straight there and not into the free cars section

Nope. Not in my garage. It’s also not in the free car section for me to buy and definitely not in my message center that I was awarded it.

so i won the GT40 but i still have to buy it for the achivement?
Thats wierd b ut ok if that is how to get the achivement then i´ll buy it
