I have finished demo couple of times. I have also bought a game from demo menu after finish. However I have not received a message with Ford GT reward? Any clue?

you need to actually buy it to get the achievement for having it
it only cost about 250,000 credits or something similar to buy it
it’s not as if you could sell it to get credits either, gifts sell for 0 credits
seems if anybody hasnt got it by now it has been forgotten about
