I just purchased a brand-new copy of the Forza Motorsport 5 Limited Edition, and redeemed the code. All of the DLC cars are in that came with it, but I can’t claim them for free and have to pay full price.
For example, instead of the Bugatti Veyron Super Sport being marked as free, it’s marked as 1,080,000 CR. I am still able to rent the car and drive it normally, but it’s annoying considering that they are not claimable.
Does anyone have any solutions to this?
Check the dlc is checked as installed if you are on X1/series

Late last year I think I got a code for fm5 dlc and it took a few days before it registered in game and the cars were free for me

I had this problem too in FH4. Someone gave me this solution:
no, the cars are installed, but not claimable as free.
