FM 7 - Xbox One X Enhanced: shadows and lights Bug/Glitch on SDR/1080p configuration

I’ve tried FM7 in 1080 / SDR with the Xbox One X Enanched 61GB patch

the console is Xbox One X is connected to a Panasonic VT60 plasma, and is set to automatically detect video settings, “standard” color space, 1080p resolution

the picture is very clean/smooth and sharp, but it’s a bit too dark with respect to all other FMs (lFM 6, Horizon 3, Etc …), plus in the galleries there has to be a bug / glitch in managing the lights and shadows

the video below, somehow shows the problem at 2:40 sec, and shortly afterwards in the gallery, look at how the Enanched version on the right is very dark in the gallery:

even in the Rio gallery there is a similar rendition, while in the late-deep night rails it is really too dark in the areas without strong lights you see nothing, and like a dark black spot, while with Forza 6 and Horizon 3 at deep night was perfect on old Xbox One in SDR/1080p with the same tv-screen.

this version of the FM 7 for Xbox One X tends to be generally darker, at least on 1080p / SDR, compared to all recent FMs, it is also noted in daytime races, shadow areas, trees and various parts of the scenario in many tracks, wrapped asphalt becomes completely black, on low lights, many shadows there is something that does not go, many details and colors are lost that in the old FM 6 and Horizon 3 were perfectly visible, there is something that is not mei FM7 video settings for the SDR version, I hope you will solve this unpleasant problem with a patch?

I found your thread while trying to Google an issue with FM7 on SDR TVs where the brake lights look almost washed out and glow bright orange on many cars when you apply the brakes - this is on tracks with typically low contrast and overcast conditions.

I hope you’ve found a solution for your problem. Try playing around with colour space. I keep mine on RGB full because my TV supports it. I’ve also tried RGB limited btw, but Forza 7 looks worse. I think the colour calibration was fine in FM6 and 5 as well - they’ve changed things up too much. I hear the game is poorly calibrated even for HDR TVs - where the game will not display brake lights properly (colour wise), particularly when you apply the brakes.
