Okay so I installed FM7 2 days ago, today I wanted to try the Forza Cup mode, I go past the people talking and stuff, and the loading screen appears, it just stays like this for like 10 minutes and It isn’t loading at all. Any help?
Also, when i choose tracks or cars or any stuff, the game either freezes with/without make the freezing sound. Or it just doesnt let me choose anything at all… please fix this, im very dissapointed with these errors

If xbox try fully shutting down your console and clearing your cache

Have you played free play already? If so, go back to free play, in the race setup menu hit Y, to reset to default. Exit the game and reload. Then try the cup

Sounds like the game didnt install properly and it cant retrieve the information from the disk.

Did you let it fully download before playing, or start playing when it said ready to start, while still downloading?
Also, since you are new to the game, you dont have much to lose by deleting your game save from everywhere, and starting the game again
Will my packs still be there? I also have almost 1 million credits and i dont really wanna lose them… Also I played on the “ready to start”.
You’ll lose everything if you delete from everywhere. You can just delete from console and try that then if you don’t want to lose anything. Let it resync with the cloud save when you reload the game
