Fix the rental car glitch t10 for frc

This is a message to t10 software engineering team

Please fix the glitch were you can tune rental cars so we don’t get cheating like we did in the first season of rc i know why you had to get people to use stock raceboy tunes so they couldn’t cheat even though you knew and didn’t have the guts to ban the ones you knew were cheating or say anything to the community out loud.

This season fix the glitch and make some attempt to make things more fair.

I’m surprised it took this long for this to reach the forums. Makes you question the pre-top 24 rounds, though I’m not sure who actually exploited this.

For those reading this thread, this glitch only impacted cars that can be tuned in stock form which were usually race cars.
