At the moment I have zero experience with making videos in FH4 so this is purely a viewers perspective. It’s not bad. But I feels a tad bit… up close? at times. The angles you used in some of the close up shots would work better in a more zoomed out shot. I really like how you tried using lots of different angles and chasing shots. But try to make them look a bit more natural/smooth if possible. Specifically with the chase shots and the ones where the camera passes the car. If there’s a way to make them less rigid looking. Like in the some of the shots where the camera passes by the car, instead of having the camera move in a straight line past the car add a bit of a curve to its path so it kinda bends around it. Especially if the car is drifting around a nice long corner. Basically try to give the video a smoother flow. You already got the right idea by timing the video to the music. But there are still some parts that feel more like a sequence of separate clips then a flowing cinematic.
Now I’m not sure about the extent of the freedom you have making these in FH4 so everything I wrote was based on my impression of it as a viewer.
Also I’m not entirely sure if that is possible, but it seems like drone mode could be a great tool for filming it might be a good way to give moving shots more natural movements. (Although unless you can use the drone mode within your recent in-game footage, you’d have to have more then one person to be able to take the full advantage of drone mode.)
Anyway. To sum up my rambles. It’s not bad. It’s a bit rough around the edges, but it being your first video it’s to be expected. I mean you definitely have the right idea, you just need a bit more experience and you’ll be fine.
