First post in this section! WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOo
staying on topic. Fiat bought the VEBA portion of Chrysler today, so they now own 100% of Chrysler. A new name is going to come soon, as well as a new global HQ (Allpar is suggesting Fiat-Chrysler Automobiles and the HQ will be in Holland)
I have reservations about Fiat’s involvement, but if it might mean some of the Chryslers (and specifically Dodges) coming back to UK, then I’ll be all for it. Wishful thinking though, I guess.
have an SRT pop
and have the viper be stopped in production or make it slower than the Ferrari 458
but if they change the charger in anyway to make it look like an European sloppy Joe I may not post on here to not go ballistic on the forums
Saying Chrysler is Italian is just like saying Aston Martin is American. It’s just not so. The Viper has developed partly in joint with Ferrari and Maserati. I doubt that Fiat would allow SRT to make a LaFerrari killer, but the Viper will continue to be made.
Stop the nonsense. Anyways, its official now, the new company is to be called Fiat Chrysler Automobiles NV and here is the new company logo:
The new HQ will be in Holland, the tax HQ will be in Britain and will be coming shortly to the NYSE and the Milan SE.
wait the HQ is not even going to be in Detroit any more, NOT even in the US???.. yeah it’s not American car companie anymore
cant wait for the new European Sloppy Joe’s from FIAT
although I may try to see if I can buy stocks from them and see if they go up at all
Terrible name… even worse and very generic logo… I knew this whole thing would be a disaster. And yup. They showed me right. Fiat, just what have you done…
And my mom and I were thinking about were FIAT had to buy out the UAW people to get the companie-- we care so we are going to just higher people that don’t need lots of benefits
also is that already taken by the FCA Fellowship Cristian Athletes?
… hey they can sue FIAT now for stealing there name XD
Yea, something about the whole thing still seems so funny to me, Fiat of all garbage companies out there owns all that, and acquires Chrysler, seems something is missing somewhere we haven’t been told. No way a company with the terrible reputation of Fiat should even be remotely close to owning such companies. Oh well… we’ll see how long it lasts and where the crumbling begins soon enough I’m sure.
Fix It Again Tony … Chrysler must of been in serious trouble to even allow that buy off. lol.
