FH4 - my friend cant get into the menu after a race

Hi FH Community,

a friend of me plays on PC with a XBOX 360 Controller with USB and can’t get into the “Pause” Menu after a Race, sometimes after some time - he can still drive etc. but cant get into the map or pause menu? Any ideas?
