FH4 is contantly crashing in the loading screen

Hi I am new here, but need help and hope someone can help.
FH4 is contantly crashing in the loading screen. I have updated all drivers, I have reinstalles Win10. But I have no luck so far.

AMD 2400G with GTX960 4GB. 16 GB RAM 240 GB SSD and 2 TB HDD. The game ist instlled on the SSD.

I have purchased the app via the microsoft store…

Any idea what Can I do?

Have you installed Forza Horizon 5 ??

cos Im having the same problem after playing the FH4 for years on the same PC with no problem… now after installing FH5 tried log in to FH4 but as soon as it reaches Microsoft Studios it crashes

by the way FH5 is running fine with Ultra settings so its not hardware
