Is Update 37 FH4’s last update… FOREVER?!

Yep. Confirmed no new cars for FH4.

Makes sense with FH5 coming out 4 months.

Sounds like we will still get randomised playlists and shop thou which is good.

I wanted to reach 1M vinyl downloads before FH5 comes out, and I will be just short.

Identify where to find the ones you want me to download and I’ll share what I can on the 2-3 dozen cars I auction each week.
I’ve been selling every prize car I’ve collected for the past 3-4 months at the lowest price. Plus I add designs too.

What’s the source on this being the final update? Not contesting it, just curious where the info is coming from.

The monthly stream yesterday indicated that, until FH5 is released, we will get recycled monthly playlists as the developers are focussing on FH5. However, the suggestion seemed to be that there would possibly be some more updates to FH4 once FH5 is up and running - presumably with a much smaller player base though, as many will have switched to FH5.

I don’t think people will abandon it. It is probably a good idea to stop catering for it now.

The above from Nursemorph sums it up completely.

Most of the content has been recycled anyway from previously playlists so aside from not getting new cars this is the only change. There are enough h2f cars to keep it going for most people.

I am surprised that they didn’t have a stock of created cars they could have adding in for the months up to Oct. With the cars they have recently brought out (3x season) they could have spread these out for the next few months.

I think people won’t lose interest in it. People like me still have quite a few h2f cars they haven’t got yet (and don’t want to pay silly money for in the AH) so that will keep me going.

I wonder if they will still do the Monthly Live update stream to show the playlists? Or they will just focus these on FH5 content and we just have to wait to see what comes up when the season changes.

Aye. Even if you consider Steam players, the game has so, so many post-launch cars that they have plenty to catch up on regardless.

I don’t mind them not adding new cars and features, though the Festival Playlist needs to keep running so we can keep getting what they’ve already added.

Have you tried it yet? Pity you don’t get a rewards list. I got so far as 5 but it was just clothes and wheelspins.

One of the rewards was 150k credits and the final reward was a backstage pass apparently…I completed it the once just so I’d done it and will never go near it again

Same here. Completed it and got the 150k plus pass. Challenge 5 was horrid hard but 6 and 7 were super easy!

Suppose that is luck of the draw (literally).

I haven’t tried it, because I’m trying to get used to using a wheel, and there’s no way I’m good enough with the wheel to do Super 7 with it.

I hope they aren’t done with the support aspect, the steam version has a ton of bugs that still haven’t been fixed yet.

Are there any cars in FM or previous FH games that are not in FH4 yet? I seem to recall seeing a Tesla in FH3 (may have been just a dream…)
Perhaps we could get those cars added into FH4 before the end…
