Ferrari 1996 F50 GT (black/red gloss): 167 088 048
Ferrari 1989 F40 Competizione (Golden Horse): 816 401 532
This has been a great week for downloads. Over 100 livery downloads!
Took some investigative work to figure out which ones were popular.
The most popular livery this week was…
Vuhl (Gulf) with 52 downloads and 1 like
Forsberg (Forsberg Gulf) not far behind with 36 downloads, 4 likes, and must be a bunch of uses, because it’s sorting to the left of the Vuhl.
I’ve got 10 liveries that’ll be purged Thursday if they don’t get any downloads. Just trying to de-clutter.
Awesome! I love all of them!
It works, you probably needed to load the tune twice. Just Forza things…
I dunno, maybe it’s just me, but the quality of the controllers has been… lacking. For a while. Part of the reason I tried, much much much harder than I should have, or should have had to, to snag one of those when it became available. I got so much runaround. Stores claiming to have in stock but when actually coming to buy, nope, not actually in stock. I ranged far and wide and had the same story all the time. “Yes, we have it in stock.” OK, I’ll take one. “Well actually, no we don’t have that one in stock at the moment.” I swear, I was living the Cheese Skit from Monty Python with a dash of Groundhog Day… “Maybe today this store will have one ?” sigh…
I don’t know what was going on but it was like every store I tried had been promised some but never got delivery. Or (my suspicious nature) the employees “diverted” the shipments to get rich quick on EvilBay.
The future’s so green we gotta wear blinders.
You’re right. I double applied and it worked fine. Not having the driving line for that race is odd, but nothing to do with the tune.
I’ve been noticing that for a while. Load a tune, go back and some specs aren’t fully updated, reload and it asks again to install parts. Weird that it doesn’t work properly first time. I always download and save tunes now so I can keep reloading from saved tunes 2 or 3 times to make sure it’s properly applied.
And gas masks!
Forza controller was mids. great weight and grip, but cheap buttons and thumbsticks. both of mine broke within first 18 months. now using elite core, which feels indestructible compared to anything else I’ve held.
basic Xbox controller is trash for Forza, the haptic feedback is comparatively nonexistent in that lightweight kids toy.
the tune glitch stems from wheel sizes. you think it’s annoying to load the thing, try saving it
I’ll take the butcher’s word for it.
once it happens, you can’t change your rim sizes at all. it won’t let you save, it doesn’t recognize it as a change. so you have to change the actual rims, save, then change them back and do the sizes again.
I’m ready to do up some Volkswagon liveries! I came up with my own Volkswagon logo vinyl group. Now… you might be wondering why I would bother when there’s a perfectly functional logo in the “brands” that everyone can use.
- The brand one is white, and you can’t change the color
- you can’t make the brand one a vinyl mask
When I’m using mine, I can make it into a vinyl mask so that the logo can be those special paint effects.
Kinda like:
Volkswagon 1983 Golf GTI (Black and Yellow): 179 272 298
Volkswagon 2014 Golf R (VW Shiny): 145 888 502
I’m surprised no one has made a livery for “Dude, Where’s My E-Ray?”
I’ll be away tomorrow but I can’t quite believe what I am about to say.
I’m looking forward to coming back to the more competent, polished and well thought out Forza game.
