Spring Season Festival Playlist (FH5 Hidden Horizons - S38)

Here are the details on this week’s events and rewards. Share tips along with your tuning setup codes.

The 2013 Volvo C30 Polestar is this week’s new seasonal reward.

SPRING | HOT SEASON

The season starts at 7:30am Pacific on October 3 and ends Thursday, October 10, 2024 2:30 PM
This is the fourth and closing season of the Hidden Horizons series.

PLAYLIST POINTS

Points are accumulated across all four seasons. Each event in the Festival Playlist has a number of points to earn noted in the bottom left corner of the event tile. Accumulate points with any combination of completed events to earn the first reward car, and continue earning points from remaining events to earn the second reward car. Cars noted as Seasonal Exclusive are not available in the Autoshow, so grab them while you can! But don’t worry if you miss them, these cars may come back again for future Festival Playlists.

SEASON EVENT DETAILS

Toggle the menu to show the rewards and restrictions for each event - if you complete the event in a car outside the restrictions or fail to meet the target, you won’t get the reward and points from completion. You must have unlocked the Hall of Fame with Accolade points to enter the Trial. Access to Rally Adventure events require defeating the three team champions. Access to Hot Wheels events requires the Hot Wheels Expansion DLC; users without the DLC will still be able to gold the season and unlock the “Min, Meet Max” Achievement without these event points.

MONTHLY RIVALS

The total point value of Monthly events is divided by four when applied to individual seasons; completing both events will apply up to 2 points applied to each season in this series. Post a clean lap to complete Rivals events. Cars are stock and provided as free rentals for the event. This month’s Rivals offer an opportunity to drive the Mitsubishi Lancer Evo III and Volvo C30 Polestar before they’re available to collect for your garage

makes me want to play Quake again - “Ziggurat Vertigo” is a secret level if I remember rightly and I don’t remember seeing a ziggurat in it but might have been concentrating on shooting (never was very good at pacifist runs of that game)

This is my tune for the Trial. It’s just a easy test run against unbeatable AI. About 2 seconds behind my Rival time lol.

1993 Renault Clio Williams. FWD drag tire full areo meta build, really easy to drive. You might need a little bit time to get used to the handling of drag tires if you have never driven one before, but overall it’s not that hard to drive. I am a keyboard player, so I guess my tune can be suitable for everyone.

I am open to any response. Please let me know if there are any thing feel uncomfortable with my tune in order to let me improve it.

A fast and sleek tune without Forza aero, perfect for hitting the target speeds in both Drag Strip Speed Trap (150 mph) and Atlantes de Tula Speed Zone (130 mph).

B 700 1970s: 1971 Plymouth Cuda (Tune Code: 115 369 864)
An old but reliable tune that works well for the Groove It or Lose It Street Racing event at Granjas de Tapalpa.

A 800 Unlimited Offroad: 1993 Toyota Baja Truck (Tune Code: 119 573 491)
One of the lighter and lower horsepower trucks in its class, more suitable for rally-type events like Nova Flair on Dirt Racing (Mangrove Scramble).

B 700 UTVs & Buggies: 1969 Volkswagen Baja Bug (Tune Code: 762 794 851)
This buggy already packs the highest horsepower available (408 HP) and should handle well for the Fit for Purpose Cross Country Racing event at Airfield CC Circuit.

Hot Wheels & Rally Adventure Stunt Challenges:

A 800 Nissan: 2010 Nissan 370Z (Tune Code: 165 582 633)
With its rally tune, this car should be a good fit for the Forest Leap Danger Sign in Hot Wheels (1034 feet) and the La Cantera Speed Trap in Rally Adventure (105 mph).

A rally tune that should perform well in the Watch Out for Hazards! event at Forest Falls Hazard Sprint.

B 700 Lancia: 1992 Lancia Delta (Tune Code: 358 667 713)
Though the FWD Meta Fulvia is rare, this Lancia tune should be sufficient for the Straight and Narrows event on The Narrows.

I went with drag tires for most of my Trial tunes. They’re very easy to drive with great launch to hopefully help you get through that first 90 degree turn on Sierra Verde before the corner bombers arrive.

Going to go with the '91 Peugeot 205 Rallye for my first run.
