Sorry I didn’t reply earlier. season change late at night where I’m at so I just had to knock out the championships and quickly go to bed.
The drivatars are very bumpable in the 2nd and 3rd race. Drive fast at the start but don’t be clean, give them a touch bump and the will brake or slide wide from the wet road, helps everyone pass them early and stay in front.
Trial was easy since this Peugeot is very nice to drive without touching anything on it. Two drivataras rubberbanded a lot in San Juan but easily passed them in the second lap so i won by a lot both races. The important thing is to avoid losing time behind slower teammates since in San Juan the game started me last but i was able to pass them easily without touching them. If you lose too much time behind teammates, it’s possible that you won’t be able to catch the top drivatars who rubberbanded.
The trial with the stock Mini remains the worst i have seen imo.
My Lambo 610 has been broken Not used it for ages, but today using it for the Forzathon weekly it is great up to 6th gear, but tops out at 50% (5k) rpm in 7th for some reason, and then slows down.
It’s strange, isn’t it? I smashed 8 boards and got the collectibles thing, others haven’t seen any progress.
Not that I need the car, rather I’m still hoping (yes, I’m mad) that series 6 is going to get fixed so the whole thing is gold in the playlist history.
This has been the first Trial in a long time where I had to aggressivly block the AI to help our team win.
Still, we lost the first race because the team mates missed numerous checkpoints.
Given the feedback here this Trial seems to be a more difficult one. Which I don’t understand. The 207 is very nice to drive stock.
I enjoyed the first race in the trial. Thought the AI was going at a good pace. My team sucked though and blocking AI wasn’t exactly easy but I managed to pull it off for the team. Then in second race my team thanked me by ramming me up the behind which lead me to showing them a nice detour off the side of the bridge.
I strongly dislike Speed Zones. Can never tell how far I’d be able to go off road in corners before I get a FAILED and have to try again.
Owning just about all cars (save for the two you get with that one controller and the nail polish, respectively) and more money I than could ever spend, doing it for the points is ALSO unnecessary most weeks.
Good thing I don’t care about completion ever since I got the achievement for it.
(Not a fan of Trailblazer either. I’ve seen too many trees up close. Or rocks.)
It got me by surprise when my team actually won the Trial by losing the first round and winning the next. Wasn’t the requirement winning two rounds anymore?
I think they might have sneakily upped the AI’s driving skills because they’re obviously a lot better than the past few weeks.
This is coupled with the fact that I was matched with a bunch of lame drivers who’d block your way, and even ram you off the checkpoint, when you’re trying to pass them.
First time in a very long time we didn’t win the first round because of this despite me and another teammate snatching podium positions.
Occasionally the game seems to randomly give the player team a win, even though it appeared to be a defeat. I suspect that’s what happened here, so the game actually decided you won 2-0.
Coupled with those “teammates” who constantly are messaging on ForzaLink: “Lookout!!” & “Coming through!!”, while blowing their horns, despite the fact they are several car lengths behind you, driving the same stock car.
The only two ForzaLink messages I have for racing are: “My bad…” & “Thanks”, in the rare event I need to use them…
