AUTUMN | STORM SEASON

The season starts at 7:30am Pacific on October 20th and closes Thursday, October 27, 2022 2:30 PM
This is the second season of Horizon 10 Year Anniversary (Series 13).

This season celebrates Forza Horizon 2.

PLAYLIST POINTS

SERIES 13: HORIZON 10 YEAR ANNIVERSARY

Series total: 272 Points
Points are accumulated across all four seasons. Each event in the Festival Playlist has a number of points to earn noted in the bottom left corner of the event tile. Accumulate points with any combination of completed events to earn the first reward car, and continue earning points from remaining events to earn the second reward car. Cars noted as Exclusive are not available in the Autoshow, so grab them while you can! But don’t worry if you miss them, these cars may come back again for future Festival Playlists.

Not only do completing these events earn seasonal points, they also earn Forzathon Points which can be used in the Forzathon Shop.

MONTHLY EVENTS

The total points from Monthly events are divided by four when applied to individual seasons. Completing the three events will apply 3 points for Story | 1 point for EV + 1 point for Monthly Rivals = 2 points applied to Summer.

Monthly Rivals (4 pts) | Lookout Circuit | Post a clean lap to complete.
Note: starting with Series 7, completing the Monthly Rivals event adds 1 point to each season’s progress for a total of 4 points applied to series progress.

Note: starting with Series 9, every month you’ll drive a different EV in this event complimenting the existing Monthly Rivals event.

HOT WHEELS EVENTS

Access to these events requires the Hot Wheels Expansion DLC. Users without the DLC will still be able to gold the season and unlock the “Min, Meet Max” Achievement without these event points.

Completed the trial on the first try using the tune below. First race was dry and the AI was fast, I was the fastest in my group but we still lost. 2nd and 3rd the ground was wet which slowed them considerably, easy wins.

I tried THREE times and this is going to be the first week in ages where I won’t finish the trial.

Also, where’s the Horizon 2 outpost? Last week I just had to follow the canyon.

Anyone else have their top speed in the Green Hills zone changed? I had 3 starred all the PR stunts, but this week the Green Hills zone only has my record as 124.7 with 2 stars.

Also, the temporary stunts are back. I saw a couple of them last week, but now it seems they’re all back. Was that advertised for this series?

I think this trial was a touch harder. Starting from the back every time meant the front AI was gone by the time I got past the sververs.

And that outpost has me stumped.

Someone (SpirantCrayon22 : Speed traps have an issue at present - Forza Horizon 5 / FH5 Discussion - Official Forza Community Forums) mentioned a similar issue last week as I recall.

Well, it would be nice if the game at least registered it.
I think I crashed into at least 5 of them and it still says I got just one…

Hmm… I don’t recall seeing any of the old temporary stunts last week (it is possible I just missed seeing them) and I didn’t have the speed trap reset issue. Haven’t looked yet this week but I wonder if the two are related ?

There’s usually been an “issue” where if you didn’t smash the “target” item cleanly (avoid hitting some other smashable before, and maybe after, too close together) it wouldn’t register. Then again I’ve also had some targets register as a multi-hit, smash one target and get credit for two, or three, or something.

EDIT : And perhaps this is another time to fire it up in Horizon Solo, find one board, smash it cleanly, and hit Rewind, rinse and repeat until done.

Don’t know. Read through the thread you linked and didn’t think to check the accolades before doing the weekly stunt. Checked now, and Green Hills must be one they added because it’s not under the Speed Zone accolade group, nor Evolving World PR Stunts.

The temp stunts are there with the pinkish / blue gradient marking to make them stand out. The Jungle Traversal zone east of the airfield, Festival Descend and Desert Descent trailblazers southwest of the Juggernaut, Salto de Rio Danger Sign northeast of the Super7 icon. The Horizon Baja Speed Trap, which was a weekly stunt last week, has the marking. I think the River Run zone in this week’s list was added post-launch as well, but that has the orange icon for the weekly playlist. They have the Evolving World banner when you hover on their icon with a 20 day, X hour countdown.

3 tries for Trial. Can’t remember when that last happened. Teammates taking each other out was the main cause. 4 multiplayer events is too much. No thanks. Just getting shoved over and over today.

This time trial shows how broken the AI is sometimes. Last time noobmode and this time idk…
3 runs to complete and last one was divebombing and other stuff to stop the drivatars. Was doing few more then and idk while doing the event pablo was already in next event he is just flying over the dirt

I like that the roof box at least lets the original Agera stand out. Cool car for cops and robbers if they added such a mode. Alas, it’s kinda eh.

Maybe it will be more fun on dirt.

Festival site says Colina Aridas… but its actually 2 neighborhoods away… makes sense…

Was funny driving around in a pack of 6 other 2014 lambos looking for the site
