here’s a question… it doesn’t seem like these “ez win” blueprints work for the weekly forzathon. I’ve always had to do a real, full race to trigger the completion. so why do thousands of people share, use and like them every week?

Generally the ez win blueprints work for me on forzathon and for dailies. The only thing I don’t use them on is the treasure hunt, where it would bug and cause the treasure not to appear.
I have muh San Miguel livery that may or may not interest anyone using the Atom this week.

I’ve had the same experience as BravoSteelviper using the blueprints. Sometimes I will do a full race if I really enjoy the car.
I have never been able to trigger a race win unless it was a progression race. I check once in a while to see if it works. nope.

I use BigHeadDjango’s series of “easy win” eventlabs. It may not work for you, but just to document the process in case it’s repeatable.
Midweek color change-up update.
I only color swapped the most popular, setting the bar at around 50 downloads because it’s been such a successful week. Hit me up if you have a color combo you would like to see, as you all almost definitely have a better eye for color than I do.

yeah, nothing works, idk
It’s good that you bookmarked that creator or remembered the name. I’ve found some work while others won’t too. It’s weird and have no clue on what the differences are to have them trigger. In Fh4 most if not all “cheeky” blueprints work so idk if it was tweaked for Fh5.
Same as BravoSteelViper here. They usually work but avoid them for Treasure Hunt as they (used to anyway) bug out and would not work there and no way to complete the Treasure Hunt once done but not completed as I recall.
Maybe some of the ez win blueprints work and some don’t and you had bad luck ? I think (or it was only in FH4 ?) the choice of “like” for blueprints comes before finding out if it actually worked or not so it’s possible that even ones that resulted in no completion of the challenge still got a like ? I used to run some twice in FH4 because of that, once to see if it worked, then again to leave a like (or not like). Then often having to try another one for the completion. Until I got wise and started looking at the likes vs uses ratio. Too high on likes usually meant people leaving likes before finding it didn’t work, where if the likes were about half the uses it seemed to mean people like me testing it first and running it twice to leave a valid like for completion. Usually worked lol.
EDIT : And now I see the followups and :
So, yeah, idk too. Sorry
yeah, this is just one of those things where everyone game is different in terms of bugs.

Similar story to others here, just getting put in with idiots not even attempting to drive properly, the Challenger user appears to look decent from their times here but they clearly knew what they was doing with their choice of car, rocket launch to get away quickly then be out of control + wallbang their way through the courses.
Seeing Fuera was the 2nd track I went with the Viper with yama2443’s tune, finished mid-table on my Bajío test but the handling was good on it, unfortunately it’s slowish launch meant I was still around most teammates + AI going into the first tight corners of Bajío + Fuera along with having to navigate past numb nuts mentioned above, got absolutely slammed into on the 1st corner of Bajío but I can’t say for certain who by.
Very meh Trial with some mild irritation, looking more forward to next week’s already.
Without aero it’s clearly the worst S1 road car. Its S900 time on Copper Canyon was slower than the top A800 times.
It has a lot of front aero though which brings it on the level of the DaVinci and other garbage.
Rallye tires, sport weight reduction, full aero, full front tire width was 2:32.7
Stock sport+ tires, sport weight reduction, full aero, no front tire width was 2:31.4
Race tires, street weight reduction, full aero, no front tire width was 2:31.3
I prefer the stock tires build because the acceleration feels better but I imagine race tires is better overall. The car demands mechanical grip and thus is one of the rare cases where a higher tire tier is equal to weight reduction.
In the end it’s still absolute bottom tier and will be forgotten tomorrow.
Earlier on in the game’s lifetime they never seemed to work for me, but more recently they’ve been getting the job done. I’m not sure if a lot of the blueprint makers tweaked something to make them work, or else I’m just getting luckier now. I don’t remember the specific name, but I used one at the road sprint just outside the Horizon Mexico festival that worked for me.
I managed to get the Lucid to #195 on S1 Ribera Rocosa CC but there’s still probably 100 cars I’d recommend before it even for CC, still feels like total trash to drive.
Anyone found any viability for the GTO Judge so far?
Tried to do a drag tune with it, but it’s only meh imo.
