No need for a code. Just taking a porsche 968, slapping in the v8 hybrid, awd, twin turbo, off road race tires, cross country suspension, max weight reduction and all the engine upgrades you can afford.
The only tuning you need is lengthening the gears so 6th gear ends just off the graph. Telemetry will tell you it maxes at 279mph but it reaches the HW max of 305ish at the bottom of dragonfall.
As ever cross country suspension fixes all hw clipping issues.
Same setup will also smash the rally adventure jump.

I used a random drag tune for the modern Chevy Impala for the HW PR. Got it done in one go.
