As long as it shows complete when you open the event on the map view you should be OK.
I completed it as well but haven’t bothered to go back to see if it has a tick. I’ll maybe check later if I can be bothered to reload the expansion.
Which is not marked as complete for RA like I said. It is more bugged than the rest of the playlist.
OK - guess I need to head over there and do a double take…
So - finally got back to check the expansions,
You are right in that the RA championship is still showing a timer on it though when you click it on the map it’s all Gold and completed, just not on the playlist.
On the HW championship, it has a tick and the same all Gold and completed on the map when clicked but again just not on the playlist - just like all the events on the main Mexico map.
I guess it does have an extra bug over the others but as long as the points still get given at some point then it shouldn’t be an issue.
The PR stunts never seem to show a tick - maybe as they roll over for a few days anyway.

I never pay attention to the icons on the map after completing events (because we normally don’t need to if the Playlist works right), so for all I know the icon has never changed on that map. It wouldn’t surprise me given how much inconsistent behavior there is in this game.
Since its a rerun of seasons now its problably was “harder” and got easier over time. But was does hard mean ? You need to try more than one time? You cant do it? You need 10 tries? I general most stunts/races can be done with a stock car and in some rare cases they need a tune and more than one try
The danger sign was a bit tricker for me - I’ve done this season before but it took my quite a while to get 450m. That speed zone is always quite a hard one to do tbh.
i hope they mark everyone as complete for that broken playlist and gift everyone maximum points
The hotfix for the Festival Playlist will be live later today. All players will be gifted the Lamborghini Huracan STO and a Backstage Pass through the Message Center, and players who had earned the required points during the Summer season will also be able to redeem the STO and Backstage Pass from the Summer season screen.
Players will experience these issues with the Autumn season until the hotfix is applied, but the points and progress for any completed events will be given retroactively. We are still working on the Treasure Hunt issue, but any players who completed an event in the Summer Season will receive this retroactively.
Thank you for your continued patience.
Yeah, you’re right, it’s subjective… Sometimes the seasonal events can seem too easy, one and done for most. I don’t mind the more difficult events. My point was that the A.I. on the trial seemed easier (though they’re supposed to be ‘unbeatable’) than the A.I. on the other seasonal events (which are supposed to be ‘highly skilled’). I was hypothesizing on how the ‘average difficulty’ is affected by the player base.
The hotfix is now available. We always recommend quitting out of your game and restarting your device before and after the hotfix installation for the best result.
Once installed, the updated game version is *.681.440.0
- All players can navigate to the Message Center | Gifts tab and download a Backstage Pass and the 2020 Lamborghini Huracan STO.
- Summer playtest points have been added retroactively. Players who completed eligible events for points in the Summer Festival Playlist will be able to navigate to the Summer tab and redeem the STO and Backstage Pass from there in addition to the Message Center gifts.
- We are still working on the Treasure Hunt issue, but any players who completed an event in the Summer Season will receive this retroactively after another hotfix.
Yes ai is weird, it is based of the cars player use also, and since alot of People make their cars fast in straights and have no grip ai is also super fast but they cheat and have the grip too. So sometimes its really hard to keep up

When all was said and done, I managed to get credit for all but the Treasure Hunt. I probably would have done the Trial a few more times but my heart just wasn’t in it.
Xbox Series X, my game won’t update, nothing available, still running version 3.678.498.0
I get this problem with every FH5 update. It starts, then stops - usually for half an hour or so then restarts. Often on the big updates it stops several times during the update process. Just leave it to update and you’ll be fine.
n.b. your GT won’t allow a quote to be used. you might want to change that.
Second Status update March 6:
as of about 2:50 pm PT
Due to severe stability issues on the hotfix PC build, we’ve rolled back the update on Windows PC (not Steam) and Xbox Consoles. We apologise for the inconvenience and will work hard to ensure this doesn’t happen again. We’ll be in touch about the next release which will correct the issues affecting progression in the Festival Playlist as soon as possible. We encourage players to continue playing Festival Playlist activities as the hotfix, once implemented, will still provide the associated Playlist points retroactively.
As a result of this rollback, players will be prompted to install an update of about 3.5G.
It was 7.7 GB’s for me on Series X.
Yeah how come the update was just over 1gb and the rollback was nearly 8gb
