Don’t know if I just got lucky but the AI on Montana Trail were unbelievably easy, overtook the lot of them before we even got to the first proper corner.

If that’s how they normally are on there then winning/beating all the drivatars is simple for anybody in that race, just cane it down the hill on the outside ignoring the racing line which the AI isn’t able to do.

I used the Civic with Keinegnade8’s tune, I won both races and was way in front all the way on Montana but whether it is any good or not though I’m not really sure, you’d think with it being dirt + what’s available to use this week there will be better cars than the Civic.

Edit: Absolutely loved the EventLab race, something like that on a bigger scale would be great to see added to the game in the future.

I had the opposite experience. Ran the Trial twice, and both times the AI was totally untouchable.

The first time, four people quit the second lap of the first race. Usually I take that as a good sign, and it’s easier to win that way. But on the Montana trail, we the only time was saw the AI was at the start line. They took off like rockets, and we never saw them again.

Second time, we won the first race, totally destroying the AI. But the Montana Trail was the same thing; the AI placed 1-6. Nobody came close to them. No problem, still one race left, and it was a circuit, which I find easier to be honest, and we were winning that quite handily, then in the third lap, the AI seemed like they opened their NOS containers and just tore through us. I was going as fast as I could, and they passed me like I was standing still. And they rammed us terribly too, I saw a few people miss checkpoints the third lap as the AI rammed their way through the field. Crazy. I turned off the game after that. Not sure if I’ll even bother trying again.

I wouldn’t know about the AI on Montana Trail. Had a teammate who couldn’t drive and he knocked me out of a checkpoint early on. He finished way behind everyone else. I managed to eventually catch back up with the back of the pack and finished 9th. I used the Hoonigan to rep Team USA. Not the best vehicle and will probably try something else later this season.

The EventLab was fun, if only the scoring was made known.

Trailcat isn’t actually useable in the Trial, it’s the Hoonigan Cossie. Sure am glad the devs are so good at making sure things work.

Five Bulls?

Can someone please explain what was that score in event lab event? I just completed it and have no idea what I achieved other than running along…

Anyone else having issues with the treasure hunt?
I crashed more than 5 bullseye targets with a rally monster car and it doesn’t register. Even tried a blueprint event

I was going to try that, are we sure that’s the right combination?

I don’t think a game with a history of things not working correctly should be messing around with riddles. Just spell it out in plain english (and make sure the translations are accurate for a change) so people don’t have to guess if they’re doing the right thing or if it’s just broken.

I agree to a point, but I do like the riddles. It’s just a shame some riddles get lost in translation or are bugged.

5 bulls

use rally monsters (Beasts)
I use a BP for easy unlock

It worked for me in the hoonigan rally monster doing bp 5 times

I think it’s again a case of ‘works for some, it doesn’t for others’
Tried some bullseye bp events again with different rally monster cars and it didn’t work

don’t get confused and quit the eventlab event to early - just do three laps - even without lapcounter

Thanks for the heads up on this race. Without any explanation of what to do, I kept quitting it.

The event lab hill climb thing was easy enough just rubbish and got boring.
